Maybe they are designed for taller people. I’m 6’4” (1.93 meters) and the buckets fit me wonderfully. Don’t even need a small pillow for lumbar support. Have done some 300 mile road trips in them with zero issues.

I'm also 6'4" and they work fine for me. My wife is 5'0" and she hates them with a passion and won't ride with me in the 918, even though I added height adjustment from a GT3RS and some angle of attack changes with different mounting plates to keep the seat back from tipping too far forward.

The Porsche bucket seats are the best bucket seats I ever encountered in a car. They are amazing.

I too had a difficult time getting acclimatized to the GT3 bucket, but eventually got used to it. Should Porsche allow more adjustability? At least the Ferrari bucket is quite comfortable for me.

No, the bucket seats are perfect and if someone is too tall or too small, they can be properly adjusted to height.
