Adam, if factory installed PSE is important to you, ask him to move you to the next build. Or, be a hard ass and tell him you'll take the car as long as they install the PSE w/ no installation charge. Around the Mar/Apr build timeframe, I believe that there were some that had PSE and some that didn't for the customers that ordered it, because they couldn't satisfy all the orders at that time.
