There are several dealers who advertise "incoming" cars in Autoweek. They are cars that they have allocation for and a future manufacturing date. Porsche dealer rules do not allow them to charge over window sticker even for the most popular models, so some dealers way of making extra money is to order some of the popular models with every possible option. You could possibly find a dealer with an unsold cab on their lot, but is likely to be a cancelled order or a loaded car the dealer ordered for "stock". There is a dealer in my area that always seems to have cars available, even those in short supply. You pay heavily for that privilege since they really load up the "stock" cars with thousand of dollars of options.
