I think you may mean the Infinity FX45, which in the US is a crossover model, but maybe Infinity has a different lineup in Europe. In the US there is an Infinity QX56, but this is a large, full size SUV, like a Chevy Suburban, built on a full-size truck platform.
The FX45 and Murano are both crossover SUV's, but are actually not built on the same platform. Thr FX45 is built on Nissan's front-engine, rear-drive platform which includes the 350Z and Infinity G35 coupe/sedan. The Murano is on the front-engine, front drive platform, shared with the Altima and Maxima sedans.
