Pin 3 on the back of the PCM connector....There is no wire, you'll have to make one up...go to Rennlist and do a search, there's plenty of info regarding this...If you're doing a handsfree install there are wire identifications listed there to tell you which is + ground etc

If you're looking to install a bluetooth HF kit...The following should be all the info you need....I have a Motorola BLNC which I have found to be excellant...I know one member had it and got problems....I can only assume it's a bum unit....part of this thread incl. DD694's info who also uses the BLNC....last time I spoke with him, no problems as well.
First off whatever unit you are installing it's important to take the switched ignition wire to the FUSE BOX, not the back of the PCM (the PCM has the ability to work independantly of the ignition, so you can end up with unwanted behaviour from the HF kit if you tap the PCM's ignition wire.)

To remove PCM
Step 1 - Remove small carpeted trim piece from side of center console by PCM (Beside PCM) Using Torx wrench size T-30
Step 2 - Remove two leather side trim pieces using Torx wrench size T-20
Step 3 - Using 5mm Allen wrench turn four (two each side) black hex locks 1/4 - 1/2 turn (CCW, I think) to unlatch side locks. Do not force these. They turn very easily in the correct direction. Open glove box on passenger side to access these latches.
Step 4 - Carefully slide out PCM
Wire connections
Telephone Mute is Pin #3 on Black Plug A
+12 VDC is Pin #4 on same plug
-Ground is Pin #8 on same plug
For a bit of additional info, the +12 VDC wire is Red/Green, the -Ground wire is Brown. No wire is attached at Pin #3. I got a female "pin" from a local auto audio place from their European car parts bone-yard. The White lead at Pin #5 is for the antenna

When the phone rings, the PCM is muted and the message External phone active appears on the screen. All of the above is completely un-installable allowing the car to be returned to 'stock' condition, as no holes etc were drilled. The main module is also under the dash attached in a similar fashion to the speaker (couldn't access it to take a photo...sorry)
