    If I decide to buy a Ferrari, this would be the color.

    Interestingly, my RS was parked near a Red Pista in a REA parking lot. When I came out of the store, two men were circling my car talking to one another. The red Pista was still parked near me. Initially I thought someone had struck  my car. When I approach them they asked if the RS was my car. I told them it was and they proceeded to tell me how much they loved the car. 
     

    I pointed out the Pista parked across from me and how beautiful it is. They didn’t know one another but both said though it was eye candy, the RS exuded performance and wanted to know about it. They took several pictures inside and out.

    The Valentine set on. L screams at the signals at the hospital, and a certain place in town, here - I have to turn it off when parked at the hospital.  The RedLine ignores those signals.  The cops know about those in town cloaking signals and set up speed shop to catch those who think:  same old false reading....oops!

    Wheel Enhancement, where I've gotten all my wheels for 30 years, set me at rest on the carbon wheels which they said are much stronger than alloy, and way stronger than the Mags they replaced w alloy on my GT2RS.

    I have written Carbon Revolution asking what where the speeds during these tests:

    since as usual I'll be running 110-165 mph across the deserts of the Wild Wild West.

    I ran a set of Dymags on my 7GT2 back in 2010, they are obviously different from these in that they have alloy centres which were bolted to the CF rim, I did a few VMAX events with them on going over 200mph and did some extended fast Autobahn driving. It was interesting as when I visited Manthey for a dyno run during that tour they semi gleefully told me that Dymag CF wheels had no TUV approval so I shouldn't even be driving on them in De !

    This piqued my interest and I spoke to Dymag about it later, they said basically the Germans made getting TUV extremely difficult the unsaid reason being that there were no German CF wheel manufacturers broken heart

    Also don't Konigsegg use this type of Monocoque CF wheels ? they go pretty fast indecision

    The list of mfrs. that they make wheels for is on their website and very short.

    Meanwhile the TRX has its new steel front bumper and grill guard -- lowers my risk pushing trees out of the way, as I can  no longer use a chain saw.kiss  It's really a RAM now.  And to think I poopooed RC when he first recommended TRX to me -- best truck ever, thanks RC.

    PISTA - THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE!!!  

    This rig brings back my 9 Strads, my 3 Scuds a direct lightweight descendant with a vengeance of development!  It is truly THE TITZ.  The familiar gravel hitting the uninsulated under carraige, the scream of the engine of course is different.

    I drove Madame's RSQ8 today for the first time.  It has a cute feature:  it shines the logo on the ground.

    It's reasonably quick, the brakes excellent, build quality and interior very good.  I will never buy another Audi, at delivery the dealer delivery salesman said here's ONE KEY.  It's been 6 1/2 months, still waiting for key number two, I text the Sales Mgr today [who sold me the car] who says I'm on vacation leave me alone, I say finishing my purchase is more important, so get off the barstool for a few minutes, he gets pissy.  I am done with Audi, the dealership story we all run into when they have your money.

    Oh great, more things we can relate to. My father was part of the Olympic selection team in DR when I was growing up, so I spent a lot of my childhood at shooting ranges and skeet/trap competitions. He doesn’t shoot competitively anymore but still goes morning dove hunting at least once a week when it’s season. Here’s the last time I went with him. They' re a bit old but still wanted to share.

    These are more recent but I was not there for it. There’s an overpopulation of morning dove in the DR and when hunting season is open there’s no limit on them. Farmers even love when hunters come to their land as the flocks will decimate rice plantations.

    I told her if she took the games beyond training, I'd get her a 4 bbl Perazzi set, to start off.  She can afford to take herself the rest of the way afterward.

    but I Ieft the games 20 years ago,  my knowledge is stale, so I would like to ask for input from you guys. beforehand.

    I'll never forget the friendly Chinese shooters at Pachmayr in Montebello welcoming me in to the club, and each showing me  $1/2 million in shotguns in the decks built in to their minivans, that's 1995 $dollars!!!  Put your money where your mouth isSmileyr

    When my Wife asks me how many guns do you need to shoot trap anyway?.... response is always "just one more" ha ha

    IMO getting a gun fitted to the shooter is the #1 goal to be successful. It has to shoot where you look.  Not much different than in driving, mountain biking etc etc.  # 2 is don't move the gun until you see the target & keep your head on the stock all the way through the shot.

    Old saying in  shooting  "It"s not the arrow, it's the Indian". Pacific Sporting Arms is a reputable dealer.

    the 500 new nut and fruit trees and berry bushes are doing well!  The only way to grow food in a Zone 3 climate.  Other than the cattle and chickenskiss

    More data points on the RedLine:  amazing long range over 3 hills detection - here comes the Sheriff!  Flat visually unblocked detection distance by new Valentine about 1/3 of the Redline's.  There is no substitute -- for a RedLineSmiley

    Interesting.  I wouldn't have expected a 3-to-1 difference in range.  All the rdforum tests I have seen would expect the Gen2 to whip up on a Redline.  We have done plenty of lab  measurements that would also not predict your experience.

    Maybe on A but I run on L as false readings are rife with Valentines - but you never address your window mount deficiencies so why believe you have any concern for your customers?  Sorry not say but that's your persona. And as you say a lost customer for life:  c'est la vie.

    A great new campaign message:  Valentine- good below 100 mph!

    We're off for amputation Friday:  Bone infection needs to be cut away before I lose my Left lower leg - the good news is it's my clutch foot and the Pista has no clutch!!!  Smiley
