I always have had a driving style which is easy on the gas... Use the car's momentum most of the time, light on throttle and brakes, keeping some good space in front... then having good fun blasts when there's the oportunity.
Plus the roads round here are twisty single carriageway a lot, so you tend to get stuck doing a nice easy 50 stuck behind a stack of traffic.
Can't wait to be able to use the top end of the rev range. Things might go out the window then.
