Nick's totally right on old rubber - Leawood shitcan those! 

I'll never forget the "brand new" looking rubber on my 997 RS in NZ where I suffered massive sidewall failure, luckily at 30 mph, not at 130 a day before.  Then read the codes - 9 year old rubber.

Totally agree and will not do anything other than drive it to the tire place when new rubber arrives!  Burnouts are far worse on the clutch and rest of the drivetrain. Not into drifting either. They are soooo fucking cool looking. Will post pics as soon as they are mounted. Still catching fish at the lake. 

 

30+ years into my car thing. I have yet to see a better looking set of wheels. BBS nailed it big time when they release the FI. 

Tell these guys how light those wheels are, even with tires on Smiley
