You only need to deactivate the airbag when the child seat is mounted in the opposite direction. It is obstructing the inflation of the airbag and could seriously hurt the child. If mounted in the direction then all fine.

The bucket seats don’t have ISOFIX hooks, but nothing is stopping you to simply put the child seat in the bucket seat and use the seat belt as anchor.

I went through a Swiss police control like this and no objection.

The problem now is that Porsche explicitly forbids the usage of child seats in the bucket seats. Smiley This could mean serious insurance issues if something happens. Don't shoot the messenger. Smiley

No, Porsche does not forbid child seats in the bucket seats. Porsche changed this in late 2019 and even produced an addendum to the user manual how to correctly secure a child seat in the bucket seat.
