GT-Boy:

Will the USA/Canadian market 992 GT3 have a GPF ??  It seems as if Porsche will make enough GT3s so that they can not fit a GPF in markets that don't require them.

My understanding is that the US-spec exhaust will be the same, except the filters will not have the chemical layer that makes them "work" and there is no O2 sensor right after the filter to ensure the output is correct.  So, it makes it easier to change to an aftermarket exhaust here (but no big power advantage will result - someone with a GT4 removed all the guts of the "filters" and it didn't improve power).  But you can make a nicer sounding exhaust without error lights or warranty problems (you keep the catalysts and "filters"):
