Track days, still have not done one. Batters the car, you can really spot a track slag against a non one.

The new GT cars take track use with no ill effects - my car is just like new with the exception of the windscreen and a little pitting on the clear bra (both of which are replaceable).  I think many track cars are better maintained and run stronger than some garage queens.
