The tires are listed in the YouTube description of the video:  Michelin Alpine

I suspect Alpine 5 as I bought exactly the same for my car. BTW they are not that great in snow, more of a wet tire.

For better snow experience there is Bridgestone Blizzak Lm005

The Alpine 5 is great in snow, I have it on my GLC63 S AMG. Smiley

Not a fan of Bridgestone when it comes to winter tires but I don't know much about the Blizzak.

Echo here; Pilot Alpins are all we use on the Subaru, and.... we do get snow here...Smiley  I would say they mostly lose out to a more dedicated snow tire on glare ice - but then few tires really do well on ice.  I have used Blizzaks in the past, they sacrifice everything for grip, soft sidewalls, squishy driving, to me not worth the tradeoff especially as most people end up driving on bare pavement for much of any winter.
