This is so typical of US lawsuits. When you can't beat the competition, sue them! 

Someone need to inject some common sense into the whole US patent system. Most of them are so vague in their description that they could be describing anything. 

VAG has been selling their SUV with selectable traction control for how many years again? Why didn't JLR sue them when they first appear? Common sense dictate that if they didn't sure them before, they shouldn't be suing now. 🤷🏻‍♂️
