I used JB Weld glue. It brought the crack together but the result is so so.surprise I think it would be crazy to spend $850 on replacing the spoiler when this can happen again. FWIW, I am careful about using the lifter but after unusually heavy rains in San Diego the roads are a mess.

Now I need to clear the excess glue which won't be easy.

Top-tip, the GT3 Cup part is considered as a replacement part and costs a fraction of the RS-part.

I did the same on my 997, buy the Cup spoiler and replaced it once every 2 months.
