For your need, nothing more than a GT3 is needed. (resale value not factored into the decision)

Even a GT3RS probably is already a bit too extreme. 

A GT2RS is a beast, Porsche with electronics tone it down enough for the general public to drive, but if pushed, it got some big teeth ready to bite on owners. 

While it is the most expensive model in their 911 range and some would buy it simply for the status symbol of being seen in one, 90% of it's capability can only be exploited on a track, and even then it's still a dangerous car in careless hands.

A GT3RS is along the same line, but at least that car is docile enough as not as wild as a GT2RS.

But in general, I would stand along the lines of some Rennlist people, that Porsche RS cars are basically for clients that do track their cars heavily and have the ability to drive them properly.
