Thanks for those articles, CGX. I haven't seen those yet. Unfortunately they don't give any details on how they obtained those efficiency numbers. It's possible that their highway speeds were much lower than normal. The 24.8 kWh/100 km results are similar to those obtained by a popular EV YouTuber reviewer, however those were at relatively low speeds, if I recall correctly (90kph or so). I believe the Model X is much more efficient at highway speeds of 120-130 kph. This is quite possibly why the EPA numbers are so different.

This same reviewer did a comparison of the iPace, Model X, and Etron not long ago and his numbers show the Etron to be much less efficient. Here's a link to it:
