That’s 12 mile a day. Very good at over 50, wow. Personally, I think that’s BS when runners think it’s beneficial to their running if they scoff chocolate 😁. I would fuel well before the runs with stuff like porridge or pasta, you know the slow release stuff.

Are you still doing your 5am workouts. Sure you told us once that’s when you train, before work ?..kiss..
