You mean unproven engine and good for saving you a few quid on a long boring motorway trip in over-drive gear. I doubt if you drive the car round a track that you will get that much better fuel consumption.

Depends what you are coming from. If trading in a stock 997 Turbo for a facelift Turbo then is it really $$,$$$ (depreciation on trade-in) better?! I think you'd be throwing your money down the drain personally. Fine if you are not trading in.

For those of us that have already improved the 997 Turbo ourselves, Porsche will be coming up way short until at least the 991 (and even that better have the ability to fly to be better! )
