996FourEss:

Slightly off topic question. Any recommendations on A Porsche dealer somewhere outside but accessible from London and someone that will value business. I find the London dealers are so used to business walking though the door they don’t even try so I am considering whether I should try a dealer further afield. I bought a brand new Macan Turbo in 16 and even got a letter of intent from Porsche West London for the GT3.2 , but have either been ignored or laughed at since then. I am happy to buy a new Cayenne Turbo (as the only strong dislike for the Macan is the V6) but really want someone who will value my business (not flipping) and seriously consider “giving” me an allocation. Any recommendations welcome? In the family we started with a 996 4S, had a 991S new in dubai, and currently have a 993 4S sitting in the garage next to the Macan, so there is some brand loyalty here...

unfortunately, RHD cars is a big mess, there is not enough cars and dealers are happy to maximize the profit they can do with them. I heard a touring is minimum a 40 grands premium in UK...LOL

here they can't fulfill the book...some cars can still be configured for production before the end of the year Smiley

PAG really needs to level up the game here, most of the cars go to flippers first then you need to beg for one and so on...they are on the way to lose the base customer and next downturn in economy will show again RS 4.0L on discount to move out of showroom.
