All good points. I would also suspect it's hard to even describe US and Europe as monolithic entities in terms of views on cars....I would argue major mkts in US can have a fairly casual, jaded view of many high-end cars, which are rather uncommon in most US cities....I wonder if London and Monte Carlo are the major outliers in Europe w/similarly jaded views of many high-end cars....perspectives possibly not shared by most other major European cities....
