As the Swiss sportscar drivers: They often "invade" our A96 just to try out their cars. Hint: There is always someone faster so please follow the law in Germany and keep it always on the right lane after you passed a car. I spend every weekend cursing and driving behind Swiss drivers because they think 240 is fast... Smiley

That is because they don't need to drive faster. They already know they have a faster car than you and no need to prove themselves to the "crazy german" in the rear view mirror Smiley Smiley

....and they prove they are "faster" by hogging the left lane American style?Smiley

More likely they only prove the cars they drive exceed their abilities as drivers.

There should be a law forcing all Swiss drivers to stay on the truck lane only, regardless of what they drive.....Smiley

To be fair...most of them are not really sportscar drivers but weekend visitors in their fast sedans/etc., trying out the top speed of their family sedans and ordinary cars. No problem but there is a reason we have a "Rechtsfahrgebot" (mandatory right lane driving after passing).

For those who understand German, a funny video from a Turkish born German comedian about the Swiss and driving:

I bet the Swiss have similar videos about the Germans. Smiley
