Not sure but I think Porsche's PCM runs on QNX (so does my R8's Virtual Cockpit if I'm not mistaken).

Btw: ATMs usually use Windows "embedded" versions.

Linux isn't as safe as many want to believe, depends on the distribution, kernel, etc.. Sometimes the latest Windows 10 version can be "safer". 😉
