Definitely worth the $$$ if you don't want to spend time doing DIY repair. There are _LOTS_ more interesting and fun things to do.

BUT, I DIY'ed my BMW wheel years ago and owned it for more than a few years after repair and never thought about it again. IOW, it's not difficult to get lasting decent results down there.
