Not really. See Mosport Park in Ontario. Like them, we have terrain on our side and we kept a lot of the hills as spectator mounds, those have great sightline to basically the whole course. Might need a foot bridge/walkway between infield and outfield though. That's is under discussion and investigation.

A proper F1 style grandstand is not really needed as the 2 series I mentioned, no disrespect to them, are not F1 nor WEC championships caliber, so the expected crowd will not be large.

All we have is land, so parking will not be a problem either. 

Food and drink stands, lavatories can be had as a temporary items for events like that.

Yes they do take away track time from the members, but those races don't run 365 days a year. For the monetary compensation and publicity we will get, we will gladly trade a few days of track time.
