Take another look at the pic above posted by Beltar.

It clearly shows a Cayman nicely saving a 997 cab from displaying horrendous amounts of embarrasing suspension float and understeer in a corner.

I wouldnt get too jacked up about wich model is better. A professional or very experienced driver will leave most owners in the weeds. Walter Rohrl in a stock Cayman or Boxster, or even in a late 944 Turbo would crush the egos
of most new 997TT owners at the Ring.
