Little info-S3 engine is pretty much reworked version of 2.0L TFSI in GTI, S3 engine is different in over 40% of all parts! BTW, my friend installed ABT chip in his GTI and experienced engine failure after just 4000km! He is currently seeking warranty issues... Maximum power for normal GTI engine is around 225hp without major changes. New S3 engine(265hp) and new Leon Cupra engine(240hp) are pretty different then basic GTI engine(different turbo charger, stronger head material, different cylinder material, etc.). Just be very carefull with aftermarket chips for TFSI engines...

Ive got very good opinion about APR products for VAG turbo engines. I would defenetly put only APR chip into 2.0 TFSI, with ON / OFF switch, that mean Ive got stock 200 hp when I dont need full power, and when I race to someone I turn switch to ON and I get a little over 250 hp.

Mybie APR products are a little more expensive, but they are great...

My friend is big VAG fan, and with APR turbo kit he had 325 hp on 1.8T (stock 180 hp) and car worked in this setup without problems.

Heres are a few videos of this Leon:

and

And here this same Leon 1.8T made E46 M3 SMG look like really slow car

This shows how good potencial VAG turbo engines have and APR offers for them some really great upgrate chances...

I will tell him (owner of this Leon) for this forum, I hope he will come here, because he has got really a lot experiences about those VAG engines...
