Maybe. Ferrari must have missed that. Last time I checked they did not sport bent metal diffusors with studs  Smiley

The air passing under the car doesn't care whether the so-called diffusor reputedly causing a reduction in its pressure is made of metal or of carbon fibre.   Smiley

I say "reputedly" as I would wonder just how effective diffusors really are on road cars with their relatively high ground clearance. 

This is of course true. I just had different expectations Smiley Maybe because of all the talk about a "ultralight full carbon R" and existing RS wings in carbon, etc. The diffusor is probably useless for legal speeds anyway, except 200km/h+ on autobahn.

Nevertheless, the R is a very nice car in the metal. The only thing sticking out was the black/brown leather combo which made the seats look like an aftermarket thought.
