Yes it does, it has the Sport Design kit or whatever they call it.  I quite like it.  I would remove the 911 Carrera GTS lettering as it's too much.   Hmm, not sure why the quote function didn't work but anyway, yes it has a duck tail...

It frequently doesn't work. This appears to be my lucky day, so maybe I should buy a lottery ticket.  

 

I have encountered the same problem as well, from time to time.
