I would have thought that running a GT3 with the front spoiler only would create serious downforce imbalance at Autobahn speeds, and perhaps even cooling issues as the cooling ducts are presumably engineered with the wing  airflow in mind.  But understand why someone might want a "sleeper" GT3.

 

I couldn't agree more. It is however possible to give a regular 997 the GT3 look, including the exhaust in the middle, I saw such a mod at a tuning show but I can't remember who did it.

My dream was actually a GTS with GT3 engine, something Porsche apparently had planned but never did because of cost and the missing PDK option. It would have been the hell of a car and a very special model. Just imagine a GTS Cab with GT3 engine. I'm already drooling... Smiley
