yes, the german text is exactly what you get if you buy the GT-R in Germany.

 Thanks for posting this text then. The warranty alone makes the car useless for anybody who wants to drive it on a track from time to time. Even participation in a driving school event will void the GTR warranty. That is incredible Smiley

I agree with you: the Nissan marketing campaign is extremely misleading - they claim a track performance which customers are not able to exploit without voiding the warranty Smiley

 

It gets worse if you think you can get away with "well, I take it secretly to the track and they won't know about so its no big deal"...well,  the GT-R has a GPS tied to its CPU with the coordinates of all the tracks around the world that tells the GT-R when it inside a track in order to automatically disconect the speed limiter, and when outside a track it will limit the speed to 180km/ in Japan and 250km/h RoW. Therefore it will be very easy to know if the GT-R has been taken inside a track when conected to the diagnosis machine at the delaership Smiley
