If you listen carefully he is saying 'big league'. Eventually he started saying bigly just for fun. He has a sense of humor. Like when he brags about ratings or his company. I am amused when people for outside the US don't get it. This must be what it is like for RC to live in that neighborhood that won't allow him to have an exotic car. No sense of humor and Neid that won't quit. 

 sure, what a great guy trump is, great sense of humourism. even 'big league' is not really the queen's english, if i understand correctly.
