Color sanded ? I believe that means when someone has the orange peel in the clear coat sanded down so that the finish gives more reflection and looks deeper. On some makes like Mercedes they cars will come with an "Orange peel" clear coat finish. If you look at the clear coat under floresents you can see the clear coat looks like an Orange peel. It's not 100% smooth. Color sanding gets the clear coat even, sands down the high spots. It's done with really fine sand paper and water. Not something I'd recommend for a beginner. Also some paint jobs have a flat clear coat like the clear coat on my CS was really flat, didn't have any orange peel that I could see.
