It's not the the charger but the car itself. Well known problem. The cig socket shuts down by itself so the car stopped charging.

Charger is a rebranded Ctek, one of the best in the business, just about every car maker rebrand Ctek chargers as their own.

I remembered someone found out a complicated combination of actions to keep the socket alive, something like plug in while the car is running or plug it in without 30 seconds of turning off the car or whatever that sounded crazy. I gave up using the in-car cig lighter socket for charging.

Most simple solution to the problem is to install a pig tail directly out from the battery itself. I have mine dangled out inside the front trunk. This pig tail is literally part of the PDI treatment to all my cars before delivery.
