OK, it seems that in the US, all orders were locked in last Tuesday, meaning that the only chance to get a car is to get one pre-configured and ordered by a dealer. Currently, most US dealers are asking 20k USD over MSRP. 
Not sure if this is correct, this is what a dealer claims on a US car forum.
