They will. Piece of cake for them. It will also clearly show that there is much more appeal to these than just government climate mandates. The biggest thing to watch for is how badly it will smoke the 911. Something we have never seen before. They will need to kneecap it a lot and it will be obvious. Might speed up the EV 911 to market as well. 
My hope is that pure demand and customer satisfaction and not incentives or laws will be the primary motivator as the mode of transport slowly matures.  Everything else just costs more money and likely involves too much government. 
Also means much better product for consumers - just saying.  Off my soapbox. 

So far, not really a piece of cake as far as I heard. They seem to have found an interesting solution though.
