I couldn't agree more. In the old days when a valued customer walked into the dealership, the GM, sales manager and sales rep would go out of their way to greet you. Now they don't have time for you unless you're interested in buying one of the cars on the floor with a huge markup.

What's funny is I get frequent emails from various sales reps at the dealership trying to sell me a car. Fat chance.
