Right now I‘m still debating with insurances…there are only a few left, which cover trackdays in Germany.
When the last companies will stop covering trackdays in the next years…the Trackday organisers will get a big problem….
In my opinion there will be not many owners, who will and can cover the risk by themselves.

First trip in 2024…started at 04:00 in the morning and finished at 21:00 after around 1.100 km on the Autobahn and ice/snow driving in Austria.
We had big fun with the Spyder RS…a great car, but not nearly as extreme as you could believe after all the press articles.

Two questions about the RS Spyder : is the sound inside the same as on the 4RS?
And how is the roof insulation regarding temperature insulation , wind noise , general noise insulation ?
I already have spent 45 minutes in a GT4 RS and 5 hours hard driving in a Spyder RS.
In my opinion, from 8.000 - 9.000 rpm the GT4 RS has some annoying metallic sound/vibration…inside the Spyder RS, this sound is much weaker.
We drove the Spyder RS at around -13 C and had no problems with the temperature - even with just hoodies.
If you touch the thin canvas-roof, you can feel the cold.
In general you could use this car as a daily driver…it‘s not more hardcore than my previous 981 Spyder.

Great weekend at Zell am See for the FAT Ice Race…not enough snow/ice for great race action, but we had great fun.
After a 3 year break because of Covid and no snow, it was good to be back.
The Porsche family home is very close, so they all showed up and brought a finish racer with them.

I love some of those cars. The De Tomaso Pantera is one of my favorite design of that era, just like the Daytona. Had them both as mini cars when I was a kid. Cool to see the skies are same model years as the cars 
And some famous faces. You are always at the places to be

No pressure - the Lambo-Guys are rarely seen here on the tracks..and if you see one in the morning at the track, they stop driving after one oder two stints...not always voluntarily.
Fun aside - great cars, but not my desire...

That really is their thing indeed, not unlike Ferrari owners at trackdays

After the first stint in the cold morning (4c) with my new .1 RS I was totally disappointed…I was far from my best times of my former .2 GT3.
But it was my own fault…I didn‘t change the tires when I bought the car. They looked like new, but they were the original ones from 2016…. I was too greedy…
After two stints suddenly they start working and I came very close to my best times with the .2 GT3.
But it‘s not all about the clock…the car feels much more like a race car compared to my old car…and these emotions are great.
With a new set of Cup2s it will be perfect for me for the next years.
