Consider yourself lucky
Ive never driven one before, dont own one, but would buy one in a split second if it was available here..
I think its the best every day "drive it like you stole it, don't give a shi*" city work car.
The s3 is just amazing in every way, heres why
a) Affordable, very nicely priced
b) *appeasing and comfortable interior compared EVO, WRX
c) good suspension compared to the Lexus IS
d) 0-60 in 5 sec with an ecu tune
e) small can can be parked almost everywhere
f) did i say affordable.
g) The key has 4 rings on it. So its still an Audi
* You cant really compare the s3 to the evo and wrx, but the 0-60 times are similar and if you don't intend on tracking the car then why would you care ( or i care)

My 2002 S3 Abt (250bhp) is simply awesome; no way will I ever sell that car.
So I assume the new one is just as good or better...
Since the pic was taken I have replaced the wheels with some 18" OEM ones which makes the car feel much better than the old 19" Abts.
Please post up some pics and a review once you get your car

I do own the new S3 for several months (11.000km), this is the best compact (sports) car I've ever owned!
It's very handy to drive, fast enough in the city to "play" with the big ones (M3, M5, Porsche,..), has superb brakes and steering and is low on fuel, if you're driving beneeth the turbo-start...
I love this car, the disadvantage is that it's only available as 3door hatch :-(
