    New iPod Intergration is HERE!!!

    I just got this email stating that someone has finally offering iPod intergration for Porsche 987's!! I have not really checked into it but Here is the email anyway:
    Hello



    This email is to let you know that finally, at long last we have received our first shipment of iPod integration kits for the Porsche MOST system. These units will retail at $599. We received VERY limited quantities so if you're interested in placing an order or have any questions regarding the unit, please contact me as soon as possible.

    Wonder if it will work with future ipods - there will be a significantly smaller ipod in the next 18 months or so, using bluetooth too i believe.

    I would advise not in Dice as they supposedly been way behind on the power curve with iPod integration in the Porsche system.

    Best is (and I have no affiliation or make any money of this) www.bumperplugs.com and speak with Eric. He has the Dension Gateway 500($479) and many users already have this unit in and working in their Porsche's.

    Do a search for Dension as it has been talked about a bit on here and Rennlist.

    I thought no one had a integrated system for the 987. I am surprised to hear about Denison... I looked about a year ago on their site and I believe I wrote them an email but they had nothing at the time. By the way, Eric from BumperPlugs does great work. I had my 987 console done in speed yellow and is unbelievable!!!!

    You really need to try a search. There is quite a bit of info available now since the last quarter 2006 when people started receiving their units.

    Best bet is to try your local ICE dealer too.
