    Just sold my baby. So sad.

    I need to make room for RS. So I had to part with my 2006 C2S. Here are some of the things I've done aftermarket. Werks 19in wheels, Euro Rev chipped/lowered, Supersprint Exhaust, windows tinted, NavTV for ipod, added wind deflector, silk porsche car cover. Sold the car for 95K. I think a fair price for a car with 6k miles and almost perfect condition. Here are some pics. I know some of you guys like everything stock. But believe me, the car looks mean in person. Pics don't do it justice. Was offered a RS today from fleet manager for 189K. Hell no. Still waiting for a guy to give up his order. Only willing to go 20K above MRSP. Now the sale of my car is pending the purchase of an RS. I wouldn't part with my baby unless is was for an RS and only an RS.

    beautiful car... how much money total did you have in it? 95k seems like a really good price.

    So now you'll have a GT3 RS and a GT3? Lucky man!! Many congratulations! (Although I would have kept the Cab and sold the GT3 instead - but just my view!)

    With the head I would have kept the cabriolet and sell the gt3, but with my heart I would have done what you already did

    So I believe, gt3 for road car, and gt3rs for track car???

    The S is an original porsche product but painted aftermarket. The Nav-Tv is an ipod integration kit with a fiberoptic line. Crystal clear sound.

    Too much. Clear bra 700, Nav-TV 1200, wheels and tires 6500, chipped an lowering 2500, Supersprint exhaust and K/N air filter 2600, tinting 300, painted S decal 100, also stainless steel/chrome lugs with wheel locks 400, lowjack 700, silk porsche car cover 400. Damn what a waste of time and money.

    If you dont mind me asking where did you list it and where did you end up finding a buyer?

    Ditto..... I was floored to hear you getting 95K... nice job, good taste = instance where mods = value-added.

    You still did surprisingly well, as you rarely get much back from the aftermarket additions... That's a tough sell, as most people with $95K to spend, can easily stretch the extra to afford their own NEW 997, and would prefer to simply spec one out exactly to their liking, and do the aftermarket to their liking, should they wish... Tough to sell a Carrera S up in that stratosphere... You did well, don't cry too many tears.
