Compare a 6 months old car. The Audi goes with 40% off MSRP while the Huracan is almost on MSRP and the Performante even above.
This is what makes the R8 such a good buy. You can get the same performance and handling for a much lower price tag. And on top of it you receive a less flashy and less gangsta character.

Exactly. For me, the R8 was the only Huracan I could afford.

The funny thing is that with all the camo on, you don't see all the design trickery they had to pull in order to make it look like a sporty car; it hides the front grill design and the creases in the sides which make the car look slender and aggressive. Without those optical tricks, the car shows how massive and bulky it really is...

I'm sure it will sell well. However, the price will be much higher than a Cayenne. Therefore the numbers will be lower - which is ok. The Cayenne is very maintream and in the league of the X5 / GLE / Q7 / etc. The Lambo will be a new league which is not existing yet. The Bentanyga might be in the same price and power class, but it is elegant while the Lamob will be crazy. Therefore - I don't see any competition to this car.

Lots of Audi Q7 parts inside ( steering wheel , dash , partis in the middle console )
This car is aimed for a big market , they have toned it down . It will sell well . Cayennes ( specially turbo ) will be replaced with this .

It will sell well but not in all markets. I do not see much success in Germany, where even a X6 or GLE Coupe can be too "much".

The car does not look too agressive . People will get used to it . It has actually a ' sympathetic ' look . I am pretty sure it will be well received . Don't know about Germany , but here the X6 sold very well ( now it is more of a '' ex yougoslaves 's '' people' s car , if you see what I mean . ( no offense ) GLE is also very well established and seen .
