Watt...I have to say...I don't know if I would have been able to go through all of this...impressive, really.
So sad though, nobody should endure this, life can be so beautiful.

Everyone is tested!
the RS6 has been Lab proofed, since it's only here until the 2024 arrives: PPF on all the surfaces they stand on including centre console, remove rear seat as usual, cover the bolts, etc w yoga mat. Canvasback covers just arrived for the back and passenger seat

Watt, on this side of the ridge it looks just like on yours. Weather has been very and pretty dry.

Have you ever been up there ? Looks like the west ridge is not too steep. What the hight ?
12,700'. This South West face gains 3,400' in one mile. The Western ridge you see requires class 3, and if you miss, class 4 skills. The North face gets expert snow/ice climbers [1800' vertically straight down] but the traffic is almost nil on the entire peak as it's so difficult.
no snow by August.
With the Labs, you cross a very dangerous creek, guaranteed face plant and 2nd pair boots, and head up toward the Southern Basin.

But when you head over, it gets technical, at least from our perspective.
Given my broken neck and sudden losses of balance, I'll never cross that creek, nor climb these steeps again, as there's just one outcome to a face plant or a neck fall.
