The Gallardo does not come in "red", re Corsa Rossa from Ferrari as a standard color. 
There is a "ruby red" available which is more a dark red wine color that is standard. But, the Murci comes in a "Corsa Rossa" type red which looks beautiful!!!
I believe you can "custom" order any color for the Gallardo at an extra cost, so you can get the "red" color you are looking for.

The best thing about Lamborghini is their logo, a raging bull, and you all know when Enzo said to Ferrucio "you stick to building tractors and I'll make the sportscars" that the bull was probably born....bulls hate red, or should I say Rosso Corsa?

Yes, that's right. Porsche built tractors for a while, as well as sportscars.
