    pics of natural braun or thaughts on inside colors,please

    I have curently an order for seal grey with black interior.
    I am considering going for something more 'lively'..... can you help?
    I am looking for pics of natural braun interior color..( I only saw it in a CGT parked in the basement at my dealers...so was hard to tell) If you have it how do you like it? Does it reflect in the window?
    How about terracotta: does this reflect in the window? Is it not too bright?
    Does anyone have more pics of the new two tone interior black/terracotta ? How do you like it?

    To my knowledge "natural brown" is not available on the CGT......you may have seen Ascot Brown which is a very nice but deeper brown than "natural brown" for the 997 & 987 models. Natural brown looks great with the blues, red, and a few other colors.....but I have never thought a brown interior looks great in a grey car....just my opinion.

    If you like the look of Ascot brown you would probably really like the "Cocoa" leather that is available in the 997/987 line. A nice deep brown with a "marble" effect in it. Great color.

    I have seen Terracotta more than a few times.....and it IS bright....too bright for some, but still a great color in the right car.....you should see it in person before ordering it though.

    I'm really waiting on more black/terracotta pictures....I think the mixture of the black inside would tone down the terracotta just enough to make it perfect. On a black car it should look stunning.

    This is natural brown in a previous generation Boxster....the color is pretty much the same today....

    Correction:
    My carrera will be slate , not seal......
    The CGT had a color that was darker then your pic MikeN, so , it must of been Ascot ( my dealer told me it was natural...) And I used to like the cacoa, but I don't anymore...
    Yes, I would also like to see more of the black/terracotta..

    Natural Brown would look great with slate.....it has a more brownish tone to it so it would blend well. I've seen this combo once before and it was very classy looking.

    yeah I don't know what it is, at first I thought it was totally whacked color balance on a photo of Cocoa.

    Any pix of natural brown in a 997.. I have ordered what gnil said in his first post.. Seal Gray with Natural brown.

    MMD....thanks for the pics.. Your first one looks like cocoa.... I would not know what else it could be...
    Ans I have to correct again..my car will be seal, not slate ( sorry I confuse them in english)

    Very rare color; isn't it? My guess from the color chart is it will look like "sand" beige above but with more black in it. I betcha you'll really like it if the "sand" color looks half-way decent to you. IOW, it probably looks like a darker version of "sand."

    I'm a bit worried about it to be honest.. I know it's a bit darker and I know the alkentara comes in black and not brown with this leather that's why I asked is anybody has a pix.. I want to be ready to what I see..lol.

    See what I mean, when I said that digital photography doesn't do cocoa any justice?
    Cocoa NEVER looks like in the first pic in person, really NEVER.
    It always looks like in the second pic, which is really nice IMHO.
    But someone, who has to rely on pics only and who sees only pic #1, will never take cocoa into account.

    So better always to check the colours in real.

    You'll be alright. German designers are very sharp. There's a whole school of interior design which knows, fabrics and leathers and materials working for us. They come up with the selections of color options in the brochure. Everything is pretty conservative, so you will very likely be very pleased when it arrives.

    I second that, Rossi...Cocoa gets a BAD RAP on film/digital;

    BTW, off topic but what "Exterior Color to Sample" paint might that be on the pictured
    997 cab in the above link? I can tell it is not Arctic since body paint does not match the wheels. Color appears similar to the warm silver/champagne metallic seen on some 996's--can't think of the paint name. Looks fantastic on 997 whatever it is.

    Really this IS a good example of what it looks like.....just haven't seen a new 997 with it yet....

    It says in Porsche 997 broshur that Natural Brown is Natural brown leather, Natural Brown Carpet and black alcantara rooflining with soft-touch paint in interior colour, black film finish on sun visors and door entry guards.
