Remarkable! Another unrelated Rennteam thread transforms into a Performance thread! Except this time because of the car's aesthetics, not because of a posting by RC.

Speaking of aesthetics: Something is bothering me regarding this interior (same goes to the exterior, the rear part we've seen so far). I think GM missed a chance here: They could have created an amazing mid-engined US sports car, a future classic. Instead, they kind of created a sports car Frankenstein, which just doesn't seem to look good. I see design elements from Ferrari, from GM (Camaro/Corvette) and other manufacturers, it just doesn't look "clean", too over-styled. Again GM missed an opportunity here to make the Corvette an "international" sports cars. What a shame.
