    Congrats on the new ride !
    What color is the interior ?

    When you have a chance could you put in some pics showing both the interior with the exterior. I saw a white 996 with the dark blue interior and it looked pretty good. With black it looks good too.

    aristal: great car! I assume you are from the Bay area too. I should have my new 997S this/next week - we should get a group together....
    I suspect it is the dark photographs, but the tint on the standard windows looks perfect... I like it.

    first thing first, i think i should introduce myself because it feels a bit impersonal being addressed by my handle. anyway, my name is Calvin and yes i am from the bay area.
    thank you all for the positive comments. i love my baby to death. This is my first porsche and i still have much to learn from alot of you. The interior is stone grey. I'll try to get some more pics up soon.
    sure vtach88, we should meet up when you pick up your car. btw, where did you get yours from???

    I got it from Claridges, Fremont. None of the dealerships on the Peninsula near me had availability until July/Sept build - and I couldn't wait. This dealership had a slot in June and I jumped.
    When I get it, we'll advertise a drive - so many great roads - so little time....
