    no! it's not true! although the 997 will look much more 993-ish than the current 996, this picture is just a photoshop job of some 911 enthusiast. there's some kind of "back to the roots"-petition going on at a german 911 fansite:

    If they made the car look like this, I think they would sell alot of them! I like it (but then I have a 993...)
