    Which options ? Full leather, pcm or bose,

    Last week before order goes to porsche and impossibility to change options..

    I still hesitate between PCM, bose and full leather .. Dont want take all because price of my boxster with options would exceed boxster S..
    2 out of 2 likely.

    I know that PCM is nice feature and useful, but one can use mobile GPS , also I heard that PCM alpli is better than stock. As for full leather, in black interior less relevant but nice cosy impression.Bose, well I am audiophile, but read that the system is not so good.

    What about your experience with these options, would u consider taking them ? which one ? I wonder whether full leather + navi without bose is the must have combo, on the other hand, I like listening radio in the car..so dont know if can get rid of the bose if qualitative leap compared to stock system. agggg

    I was in exactly your situation and included PCM and Bose, and went with the standard leather.

    Unless you know an excellent audio shop or can do an installation yourself, I would go with the Bose. It may not be the best system in cars today, but I find it to be adequate.

    The PCM works well, but if I had to do it over again, I would definitely go with the special leather instead and then use the balance of the money on smaller options like a sport wheel or chrome exhaust tip or some other such items. I tend to use my car on shorter trips in familiar areas, so the PCM is really just a toy.

    Finally, if there are some smaller options you really want but are worried about spending too much money, get them NOW. I didn't get things like the sport wheel (standard wheel has a terrible feel to it; not sure it's leather)because I set a limit on how much I wanted to spend. Now, though,I wish I had included some of those extra options.

    I really like full leather, and think for it. As for Bose, I read that not an audiophile system, and that differnce with sound package not huge.; So likely save some bucks on bose and go for sound package instead

    I finnally got the full leather with sport seats and PCM.. Saved some bucks on bose and went for sound package

    Full leather and PCM

    You don't need Blose with that engine behind you.

    The full leather gives off a pretty nice smell too, standard leather smells a little too sterile IMO. PCM I would get just because it can play MP3 CD's - the standard unit cannot.

    Agree - I've got Bose in mine and it sounds great - in the garage! Hardly ever listen to it when driving. Flat 6 sounds much better.

    Well tks for your help anyway, I was also motivated bw the nice combo sport seats and full black leather, with atlas outside
