Wow guys, must have been a blast! Too bad the weather wasn't co-operating. Well, it could have been worse... in holland, the weather changed to really winter-style last night: cold, wet, hailstorms, thunderstorms...
The red 997, is that ruby-red? Looks awesome! Never seen that color on a 911 in real life.

Alex_997TT:I do it with Adobe Photoshop elements. If anyone wants any hi-res pics send me a PM.
I know a few guys have some coming. They have been asking me about editing out numberplates.
I am happy to do it for them if the pics aren't too many or too big.

I've just rejoined PCGB following our talk on Sunday. Waiting for the membership pack and logon stuff to arrive shortly.
If Rennteam doesn't change I sadly might migrate there. permanently. I never thought I'd feel that after this once great, and now ruined, forum.

Darren, if you want to Email them to me I am more than happy to put them up for you, if you want.
I'll try and do an Idiots Guide (please, don't take that personally) and send to you. It took me a good hour of shouting, swearing, screaming, foaming at the mouth and thumping the computer desk to sort it. Not the sort of Therapy I'm used to with Rennteam, sadly!!
A real shame about the weather, Monday and Tuesday were great, just to rub salt into the wounds. And then there was The General Scrimmage trying to get out of tesco's Car Park..... You did miss kinrara's near miss with a Highland cattle, but nearly got it on one of my pics, shot whilst driving
dreamcar:..me being the idiot, I have to write things down in words of one syllable so I can understand it!!! Give me a 90,000BHP marine diesel engine I can fix it. Give me "IT" and I'm flummoxed...

Great to meet everyone and apologies that the Tesco departure was somewhat of a debacle Still, a lesson for the future and nevertheless I trust everyone enjoyed their visit to The Kennels and luncheon
I also thought mex99's car colour was striking, complimenetd by the fact that the rear console is additionally in body colour
Renteam 2.0 certainly at present feels 'beta', is non user friendly, cumbersome and a far cry from intuitive - frankly I am currently finding it highly frustrating and agricultural !!
Fingers crossed it will improve with the passage of time.........
Cheers for now and better weather next time out......
Looks like you all had a good time. The Kennels looks really nice but I particularly like the way the car park is filled with nice cars only. :)
Note to DC.
You'll get used to the forum for sure. I am also struggling with the forum, but I'm not really designating enough time to it at the moment which isn't helping. The reason you should stick it out is because of tthe "people" not because the forum was easy to post on. You'll get there. ;)
edit.
Don't like the way you have to insert a smiley. I prefer to type :)

That's not the car park, which is across the road - they kindly allowed us to park on the
frontage which is normally strictly non-parking. We amused the staff
and other guests by standing in the pouring rain admiring and
photographing the cars I know Mex99 and kinrara will put up some more pictures shortly (SUBTLE HINT)!!Don't know about sarg3 - haven't heard from him since the day, I hope he enjoyed it despite the rain
John H:Futch was unfortunately on business in France so sadly couldn't make it How outclassed did you want me to be!!
Thanks for the pics guys....great array of colours and styles.
What happened to the CGT that was supposed to be there?

Porsche-Jeck:Glad you like the pics, PJ, I had to re-learn how to put photo's up on the Board, and whilst I was doing it SWMBO learned some new language That GT3RS sounded wonderful, though. The cars were all a sort of browney-grey colour by the end of the day, sadly. No sooner had the day ended the rain stopped and the clouds went away
racerx:
I like the color mix.The colourful cars are a great contrast to the grey sky Usually I'm not a big fan of Green, but in this case.....
Thanks for posting the pics, DC
racerx:Sadly, as far as the female contingent was concerned the "P" Cars were ignored and RichC's Aston Martin V8 Vantage stole the show. I think he used more fuel than the rest of us put together giving them joy rides - notice how many photo's the Aston is absent... I can understand it though, it was (in my opinion) by far the most beautiful car there (now I want one - not sure it's for the right reason, though)
Awesome collection of cars and equally cool venue! I like the color mix. That Bull power looked stronger than all the horse power combined. ............................. Thanks for posting, that's what makes old/new rennteam a fun place
Ahh, just got back online due to computer fault. We had a great day, nice to meet & put faces to people. Wonderful bunch of cars, and a great venue. Lunch was rather nice too!! I'll post my pics as soon as i can work out how...... heres looking forward to the next meet/lunch, and perhaps a little sunshine!!!!1

... How outclassed did you want me to be!! ...
As outclassed as possible off course!!! LOL, in that case, Rich's car would probably have not been absent as much... :D
You guys seem to have a nice club of owners there in the UK. My impression of the p-owners in NL is that most of them are dentists too full of themselves. The nice enthusiasts drive 964's...
