    997TT chases 997GT2 on track

    Video is from Porsche driving school at Texas World Speedway this past weekend.  I am trying to keep up with my buddy in his 997GT2. What more could one ask for?

    Agreed. I always enjoy looking at eclou's car, especially the graphite color PES wheel and the front Techart lip. On another forum he posts the car's front view in his signature solely to increase my temptation I think.

    The color treatment -- red/black -- is totally different from my (also) red Turbo, and I love it.

    Thanks guys for the comments. IMHO taking the 997 out on the track reveals a whole level of enjoyment and performance that may be otherwise missed. The car is so dual personality - it can don Puma track cleats for the weekend and Bruno Maglis for the ride home.

    Cannga I am pretty optimistic that 190 is possible without the headwind we faced in March. I may go again next March.

    rhino that 944 is driven by a very good local racer. His car is 2500 lbs and has a 3.0l turbo with about 450hp. It is a very serious machine. He had to pull off because his alternator bracket broke mid run.
